About Me

Hi, I'm Marissa and I'm an experienced wedding photographer based in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, offering my services throughout the UK and internationally. My love for photography started when visiting family in the Scottish Highlands and my uncle, who at the time was an artist and photographer with his passion for photography inspired me to take it up as a hobby.  I have fond memories of us in the Highlands capturing the scenic landscape through the various seasons. It was here that I started learning about working with light while adhering to the tried and tested rules of composition. I bought my first Canon SLR in 2008 and in 2014 I obtained my photography diploma. I'm a real people's person and my passion lead me more and more into portrait and wedding photography. 

As a photographer, I am always searching for beautiful moments occurring in everyday life. I like to photograph weddings creatively and document the day in the most authentic way capturing those special in-between moments while keeping it natural, romantic and fun. 

My approach is very relaxed and unobtrusive.  I like to make you feel at ease and search for those casually posed shots capturing the emotion of your special day.
